Flame Restaurants , are part of an international group of steakhouse restaurants and have worked closely with partners in the Middle East to develop a Halal menu of dishes, expertly prepared with a range of meat products basted in their unique trade secret basting, and cooking until consistently tender, juicy and full of flavour every time. They do not use alcohol in any of their sauces or prepared dishes.

WHAT IS HALAL FOOD

Halal food refers to what is permissable to eat and the way in which an animal has been killed. It is similar to food being kosher. Halal food means that the animal has been slaughtered under religious supervision and the blood has been allowed to drain completely. It means there is no alcohol or pork in it. As well as any other products or by products that would not be allowed.
